| | Currently Listening Fame By Irene Cara, Michael Gore, Paul McCrane Fame see related |
this song is a good way to describe how i feel a lot of the time:
Fame
Baby look at me And tell me what you see You ain't seen the best of me yet Give me time I'll make you forget the rest
I got more in me And you can set it free I can catch the moon in my hands Don't you know who I am
Remember my name Fame
I'm gonna live forever I'm gonna learn how to fly High
I feel it coming together People will see me and cry Fame
I'm gonna make it to heaven Light up the sky like a flame Fame
I'm gonna live forever Baby remember my name
Remember Remember Remember Remember Remember Remember Remember Remember
Baby hold me tight Cause you can make it right You can shoot me straight to the top Give me love and take all I've got to give
Baby I'll be tough Too much is not enough I can ride your heart til it breaks Ooh I got what it takes
Fame I'm gonna live forever I'm gonna learn how to fly High
I feel it coming together People will see me and cry Fame
I'm gonna make it to heaven Light up the sky like a flame Fame
I'm gonna live forever Baby remember my name Fame

| School is going so much better this semester. I'm relaxed and being challenged much more with my voice. I can feel and hear the improvement. Professor Zambara works wonders!
Something new is happening to me in my personal life. Guys are actually finding me attractive! I really want a boyfriend, and I think my time is now. I'm getting a studio next year, and I will be able to have guys over, which will be awesome. Maybe my bf is around the corner...
I'm going home tomorrow for a LONG President's Day break. I'll meet with my trainer, psychiatrist, and friends. I'm SOO excited.
Till I decide to update this thing again, I bid y'all farewell.
Stay fabulous everbody!

| Wow, I seriously need to update this more often. Anyway, school is hectic...crazy, busy, fun, not fun, everything. I have definately learned some big lessons in the short time that I've been here.
I have had to withdraw from Fundamentals of Music Theory, which I am relieved/disappointed about. I'm relieved because my schedule is now so much more relaxed. I'm disappointed because I'm a perfectionist and hate when I can't do something. I guess it happens to everyone, though.
I am so depressed here, and I never thought that would happen. I'm sure it will get better, though.

| Wow! I can't believe I haven't posted a blog in so long. I
am now in Boston, MA (yay) at the New England Conservatory with fellow
GHP-ers Rachel Holmes and Robert Parr. I am meeting so many
awesome people, and having an absolute blast! My voice teacher,
Ed Zambara, is amazing. My voice has improved in only 3 lessons!
Boston is a great city to go to school in. There is so much
culture, and the air is so clean smelling (aint that weird?). The
other day I went WHALE WATCHING! And I saw WHALES! REAL
WHALES!!! Now that's something you can't do in Atlanta
I've been to several parties, and unfortunately, they were all
lame. I've only been drunk once yet i've been sex-iled at least 4
times already (damn roomate). The people at NEC are
all really nice, so it's been real easy meeting people. I now
have friends from Israel, South Korea, New Zealand, Australia, and
Canada.
Oh, and speaking of Israel, I'm pretty sure I'm going there this winter, so that's going to be AWESOME!!!
Things are bright on my side of the rainbow, and I hope the same is true for your sides as well.

Where are we?
What the hell is going on?
The dust has only just began to fall
Crop circles in the carpet
Sinking, feeling
Spin me around again
And rub my eyes
This can't be happening
When busy streets
Amess with people
Would stop to hold
Their heads heavy
Hide and seek
Trains and sewing machines
All those years
They were here first
Oily marks appear on walls
Where pleasure moments hung before
The takeover
The sweeping insensitivity of this still life
Hide and Seek
Trains and sewing machines (you won't catch me around here)
Blood and Tears
They were here first
Hmm, what'd you say, mmm, that you only meant well?
Well, 'course you did
Hmm, what'd you say, mmm, that it's all for the best
Of course it is
Hmm, what'd you say, mmm, that it's just what we need
You decided this
Hmm, what'd you say, mmm, what did she say?
Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth
Mid-sweet talk, newspaper word cut-outs
Speak no feeling, no I don't believe you
You don't care a bit, you don't care a bit
(Hide and Seek)
Ransom notes keep falling out your mouth
Mid-sweet talk, newspaper word cut-outs
(Hide and Seek)[carries on through rest of song]
Speak no feeling,I not believe you
You don't care a bit, you don't care a, you don't care a bit
Oh no, You don't care a bit
Oh no, You don't care a bit
Oh no, You don't care a bit
You don't care a bit
You don't care a bit | | |
